A vacancy has arisen within Robins & Day at Sheffield South for the position of Branch Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operation of the branch with responsibility for both Sales and Aftersales at the site.

The main duties include the following:
· To work with the General Manager, who is based at our Sheffield Central site (Eccleshall Road) to maximise dealership profitability through the sale of vehicles, associated products, parts, labour, and body shop repair (where appropriate).
· To ensure efficiency of all departments and staff, controlling cashflow, stocks, and assets at a level commensurate with profit and business plan requirements, producing a satisfactory return on investment.
· Ensure the accurate and timely completion of administration and operational tasks, complying at all times with Company reporting and other policies.
· Ensure the effective recruitment, induction, and performance management of employees, minimising staff turnover by maintaining a motivated, productive and rewarded team.
· To work effectively with colleagues at all levels to ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.

Well organised, with the ability to manage your time effectively, you will possess excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills and you will also be well versed in building effective working relationships and motivating those around you to continuously improve the business.
Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard or equivalent, you will have a proven track record in achieving ambitious targets and you will be looking for the next step in your career or have similar experience in a comparable role, ideally with another volume manufacturer.
